Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days.  In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

These costs are for a limited reasonable weight allowance, via standard postal systems  - which may increase with cost and number of items ordered.  If you are in any doubt - please email us to verify your quote before check out.  We may in some instances be able to courier the items which will include insurance and will mean delivery is much quicker - we can offer 24 hours delivery for £20 upto 30kg on all UK deliverys, and 3 days for £50 on most worldwide destinations.

All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays.  Please note that Dora's Ltd cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes that may be imposed.

We are sorry that we cannot take instructions for 'drop offs' on deliveries - due to insurance and security reasons.  We are also restricted to the delivery times of our courier services - which we cannot take responsibility for.  We will however happilly pass on any instruction you may give us in the hope that the courier will read it!

We can arrange on certain goods, at our discretion, for goods to be collected from our Arundel store - during normal opening hours.

We currently ship to most worldwide destinations - except LARGE furniture, which for logistical reasons we cannot deliver to outside mainland UK addresses. Please email for a worldwide quote (no obligation) if you have any queries.
